AWS European Sovereign Cloud<\/strong> is a new independent Cloud platform<\/strong> designed specifically to meet the needs of organizations operating in Europe. This platform will enable clients to store all the metadata they generate within the European Union, ensuring greater security and compliance<\/strong> with European data protection regulations.<\/p>\n

A crucial aspect of this initiative is that only EU-resident employees of AWS, who are physically located in the EU, will have complete control over the operations and support of the AWS European Sovereign Cloud. This ensures local and direct management, which benefits safety and regulatory compliance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

Among those who have welcomed this initiative are theGerman Federal Office for Information Security (BSI<\/strong>), the Federal Ministry of the Interior and the German Community (BMI)<\/strong>, the German Federal Ministry of Digital Transport<\/strong>, the Finnish Ministry of Finance<\/strong>, l‘National Agency for Cyber and Information Security (N\u00daKIB) in the Czech Republic.<\/strong>, the National directorate for cybersecurity of Romania<\/strong>, as well as major companies and corporations such as SAP, Dedalus, Deutsche Telekom, O2 Telef\u00f3nica in Germany, Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG, Raisin, Scalable Capital, de Volksbank, Telia Company, Accenture, AlmavivA, Deloitte, Eviden, Materna, and the msg group.<\/p>\n
